Valuation of Milk Processing Machinery

Narrative Description of Project: The main objective of the valuation exercise was to provide an asset register of all machinery in the milk processing plant and value them appropriately. The valuation exercise covered the following sections; reception and weighing, cleaning, processing, refrigeration, cleaning in place, laboratory, electrical, steam generation, water supply, effluent treatment as well as office equipment.

Description of Actual Services Provided by Our Staff: The specific tasks included physical assessment of all machinery, tagging and coding for ease of identification and reference and verifying the value of all assets identified. The consultant also prepared an asset register of all the identified assets.
