Narrative Description of Project: The main objective of the audit exercise was to evaluate the quality of the overall project Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP) implementation and to ensure that the mitigation measures were implemented as per the contractors’ ESMP and HSE plans; and in case of pending deviations, advise on the necessary corrective action.

Description of Actual Services Provided by Our Staff: Log associates conducted the assessment of overall implementation performance of the project ESMP. The scope of the assignment was to review the implementation status of the mitigation measures regarding the design aspects of civil works against environment, health and safety requirements. We did the identification of the gaps in the implementation of environmental, health and safety management systems in project and assessment of the major environmental non-compliance and proposed corrective actions for the same.
