Narrative Description of Project: The objective of Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) was to provide a plan for resettlement and rehabilitation of the Project Affected Persons (PAPs) so that their losses would be adequately compensated and their standard of living improved or at least restored to the pre- project status.

Description of Actual Services Provided by Our Staff: Log Associates carried out analysis and detailed costing for materials at full replacement costs for each of the structures identified in the enumeration surveys. The scope of our work was to provide a breakdown of the labour cost associated with relocation and reconstruction of similar size structure using new but similar materials (like-for-like) in the host locations. We also provided a guidance as to the time that the vendors’ business will be interrupted due to the relocation activity.
