- Assessment of efficiency and cost-effectiveness of implementation arrangements
- Assessment of appropriateness of implementation arrangements; appropriateness of some of the approaches used in conducting activities e.g. market-based input fairs, market-oriented production, FFS, e.t.c; connectedness
- Assessment of project coverage
- Assessment of the sustainability of the interventions and activities; impact and effectiveness
